✓ Member communication with your nutrition provider is included for questions related to:
• Wellness plans
• Nutrition recommendations
• Meal planning guidance
• Laboratory result discussions related to nutrition goals
• Supplement guidance
• Lifestyle and wellness support
✓ Email Communication Policy
• Emails requiring provider review, nutrition assessment, personalized recommendations, or detailed guidance will be considered an Email Nutrition Consultation Visit
• Each Email Nutrition Consultation Visit counts as one visit toward the member’s monthly support allotment
• Responses are typically provided within 1–2 business days
✓ Phone Call Communication Policy
• Brief calls related to scheduling, program questions, or general wellness support may be accommodated when available
• Phone calls requiring nutrition review, personalized recommendations, meal plan adjustments, supplement guidance, or detailed discussion will be considered a Phone Nutrition Consultation Visit
• Each Phone Nutrition Consultation Visit counts as one visit toward the member’s monthly support allotment
• Calls requiring additional time or discussion may be transitioned into a scheduled telehealth nutrition appointment
