  • Keto Chipotle Lime Salmon

    Servings: 4


    Ingredients:


    1 lb salmon, cut into 4 fillets

    1-2 tablespoons olive oil

    2 limes, sliced in half

    1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt

    1 teaspoon chipotle


    Instructions:


    1. Preheat oven to 500°F

    2. Rinse salmon, pat dry, and place on a metal baking sheet

    3. Rub each fillet with olive oil

    4. Squeeze the juice from one-half lime onto each fillet

    5. Sprinkle fillets with salt and chipotle, then place a half lime on top of each fillet

    6. Turn down oven temperature to 275°F

    7. Place salmon in oven, and cook for 8-15 minutes, depending on how well done you

    like your fish

    8. Serve


  • 3-Ingredient Keto Chocolate Pudding

    Servings: 6


    Ingredients:


    1 can full-fat coconut milk

    2 ounces 100% dark chocolate, finely chopped

    ½ teaspoon vanilla stevia


    Instructions:


    1. In a vitamix, puree coconut milk and chocolate until smooth

    2. Blend in stevia

    3. Divide mixture between six, 5.5 ounce jars

    4. Refrigerate for 24 hours

    5. Serve


  • Spicy Chicken With Grilled Lime

    Servings: 4


    Ingredients:


    3 pounds bone-in chicken pieces

    6 limes, halved

    2 tablespoons coconut sugar or Swerve

    1 tablespoon smoked paprika

    1 tablespoon garlic powder

    1 tablespoon ground black pepper

    1 teaspoon allspice

    ½ teaspoon Celtic sea salt


    Instructions:


    1. Place chicken pieces and limes in a large bowl

    2. In a small bowl, combine coconut sugar, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, allspice,

    and salt

    3. Pour spice mixture over chicken and mix thoroughly

    4. Cook chicken and limes (face down) on barbecue over medium heat for 15-20

    minutes per side

    5. Chicken is done when an instant thermometer stuck into the chicken reads 165°F

    6. Squeeze grilled limes over grilled chicken

    7. Serve


  • Perfect Roast Chicken

    Servings:


    Ingredients:


    1 whole chicken, 2-3 pounds

    Celtic sea salt

    freshly ground black pepper

    1 bunch fresh thyme

    1 lemon, halved

    1 in head garlic, cut half crosswise

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    1 medium onion, quartered


    Instructions:


    1. Preheat oven to 425°F

    2. Remove chicken giblets and rinse chicken inside and out

    3. Pat chicken dry

    4. Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish

    5. Liberally salt and pepper inside of chicken

    6. Stuff cavity with a bunch of thyme, both halves of lemon and all garlic

    7. Brush outside of the chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper

    8. Tie legs together with butcher’s string and tuck wings under the body of the chicken

    9. Place each onion quarter into a corner of the dish

    10. Roast chicken for 1½ hours or until juices run clear

    11. Allow to cool slightly and serve

Since the body is comprised of approximately 73 trillion cells, the cumulative effect of cellular deficiencies profoundly affects health and well-being. A person’s entire state of health begins with a single cell. How to Lose Weight in Healthy Ways
